Do I Need to Cooperate With the Insurance Company?
Most accident victims believe they must provide a statement to the adverse insurance carrier or sign medical authorizations. However, you do not need to do either of these. Insurance companies are not on your side, they obtain these statements to try and get you to say something inconsistent with the accidents so they don't have to pay you. They want to obtain information regarding any prior accident or injuries to use against you. Please call our office before you speak with an insurance company.

You were wonderful throughout my case. Thank you so much for taking the time to explain the process so that I could feel comfortable. When I was hurt, I really did not know where to turn and Suzanne was comforting and knowledgable. Thanks again for all you did.
