Dancer Suffers Permanent Eye Injury on Chris Brown Music Video Shoot

Let’s give a real-world example. Jim Ballidis and Arshia Mardasi of Allen Flatt Ballidis & Leslie are currently taking legal action against R&B singer Chris Brown, Majestic Hour Productions Inc., and 20 different production staffers, who were all involved in a music video shoot in downtown Los Angeles back in 2017. Our client is a dancer, who suffered permanent injury while filming on the set. A wardrobe and makeup artist poured fake liquid blood on her head after assuring her it was “safe,” without giving her any eye protection.
