Suzanne Leslie began her career working as a law clerk with Allen & Flatt (now Allen Flatt Ballidis & Leslie) and she has been with the firm for over 25 years. She is the managing attorney of the firm and oversees new client needs and staff responsiveness and she is ultimately responsible for success in over 200 cases each year.
Suzanne learned first-hand from her father, a prominent claims administrator and independent insurance adjustor for the County of Orange, what it takes to be a successful attorney. He would share stories of cases lost due to poor investigation tactics and by not choosing the right attorney for the right cases. He demonstrated an incredibly strong work ethic and Suzanne models this same work ethic and dedication in all of her client interactions.
Suzanne’s passion is to help those who come to the firm in need and to provide a safe place for them to get their lives back on track. In her role as Managing Partner, she has created a welcoming and family-like environment and this plays a part in the significant amount of referrals the firm receives.
Ratings/Awards
In 2016, Suzanne received a 10 Best Rating Client Satisfaction Rating from the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys. For the years 2013/2014, she received an award as a Top Female Business Women from the National Association of Professional Women. The firm has received the highest rating possible AVVO (10.0) awarded to law firms who demonstrate consistent excellence in their respective practice areas.
Volunteer Support
Suzanne is actively engaged in supporting the community through non-profit organizations including Orange County Ronald McDonald House, Legal Aid Society of Orange County and Second Harvest Food Bank.
Education
Suzanne attended California State University Long Beach and graduated with a double major in Business Management and Marketing. Later, she graduated from Western State University Law School where she obtained her law degree and graduated with honors. Realizing the value of real-world business experience, Suzanne worked full time while completing law school and to help work to pay for tuition.
Just For Fun…
Suzanne has been married for over 25 years and she and her husband have two grown children. She is an avid sports fan and she enjoys attending Angel’s and Duck's games on a regular basis and she enjoys golfing and fitness related activities.
