Want to avoid lawyer advertising hype and select the right, qualified lawyer for you? It is easy if you use this method.

In a modern society, advertising is professionally designed to send a message to you the consumer.  Buy this product, or try that product.  The message is always the same.  You have a need, and we can fill it.  Normally, the risk is small.  If you do not like the product, you can simply discard it or in some cases return it.  Not so with legal advertising.  You stand to lose a great deal.  Here is how to protect yourself from Lawyer Advertising Hype.

The Problem
Lawyers are continuing to push the envelope when advertising for clients or cases.  In some situations, the ads are so misleading, that you may find yourself persuaded to hire an attorney that has no experience in the type of legal case you have.

Advertising provides no real information to you.  "The Best", Superlawyer", Highest Rated" and "I care about you", mean nothing and provide no information about the lawyer's experience, trial capability, whether they are able to complete your case or other important information you need to decide on the right attorney.

Unqualified lawyers advertise for cases for lots of reasons.  They want to try a new area of law (on your case), they think the area offers 'big money", or they are desperate to make money to keep their office open.  They should not take such cases, yet they are advertising for these cases and use advertising hype to dupe you!

All law practices have limitations and specialties.
Our office does not practice all areas of personal injury.  We do not handle medical malpractice cases, nor do we handle personal injury caused by mold. These are specialized areas of law.  We are specialists in motorcycle accidents, auto accidents, and dog bite cases.  We  have a long and successful track record of success.

There are many unqualified lawyers that choose not to tell you their limitations.  They advertise with  Slogans that are misleading and try to convey false expertise.

What can you do to find a good and reputable lawyer?
Do what I do!  I have been a practicing lawyer for over 25 years and if I need to find a lawyer for a client, in an area I do not practice, I have a method that always works.

This method easily locates good, quality lawyers, makes sure they are specialized in the field I am searching and I also know where to check out their bar history.  I also know where to look for their trial experience and their ranking in the US by independent rating sources.

I thought this information would be useful for my clients, and therefore wrote a book "Avoid Lawyer Advertising Hype. A Lawyer's Method For Finding A Lawyer."   It sells in Amazon for about $17.00, however, I have recently agreed to donate the book for FREE to anyone who has been injured and is a California resident.

Simply  call my office and we will mail you a FREE copy immediately.  It does not matter if your case is related to our field or another legal field, you may still obtain this book immediately and FREE.

Why would I do this!  Two reasons.  My office cannot take all personal injury cases.  We specialize in significant injury cases.  Therefore there are a lot of people that still need to find a reputable lawyer, and I hate to see them support  lawyers with no real lawyer skills, who are simply advertising and marketing experts.   Secondly, I know that if you search for the right attorney in one case, you may call me in the future, as a trusted source for other matters.  There is, of course, no obligation on your part.  Your good will simply forms from your success in finding the right attorney with this useful source.  Call 1 866 752-7474 and ask for your FREE copy of the book.  We will send it to you the next business day.

We hope, by this book and all our services, that each and every person that contacts Allen, Fllatt, Ballidis & Leslie are able to "Soar Above" not just survive an injury accident.
Best Regards
James Ballidis
