2009 seems to be starting off with great results for our clients.  In one case alone, we settled a pedestrian case for $800,000.  The pedestrian was struck by a car with only $50,000 in insurance.  See our articles about what to do if there is insufficient insurance.  Through the great efforts of our team, we obtained $750,000 of additional settlement from the business on the lot next to where the accident occurred, who was throwing a party of over 500 people without a permit.  Congratulations to Michael Bock and all our staff for a case well presented.

2008

This year proved to be a good year for settlement of cases.  We only had 4 trials for the year but settled over 250 cases because carriers were willing instead of the trial process, to settle many of our significant cases.  Of note was the settlement of our contaminated peanut butter case, (settlement confidential) the resolution of several severe auto accidents (totaling over $1,750,000) and a pedestrian accident which alone settled for more than $300,000.  We continue to offer high quality service and professional care for all our clients and hope you will trust us with your legal matters in 2009.

2006-2007

We offer our clients premium service and personal attention to maximize  results.  The firm has continued to enjoy tremendous success in the resolution of cases large and small.  We offer experience of over 33 years, and a reputation in the community for aggressive resolution of our client cases.  Over the last two years, we have successfully resolved over 400 cases, with several verdicts and/or settlements over 7 figures, and 40 cases over six figures.  Remember, these are actual recoveries, not like some attorneys who proclaim a large noncollectable verdict.

The Year 2005:

Jim Ballidis successfully concluded a product liability trial resulting in a jury verdict in Orange County Superior Court exceeding $2,800,000 and obtained awards and settlements on four separate cases totaling $2,400,750. Suzanne Leslie successfully settled a premises liability case for $1,000,000 and the firm concluded over 170 cases with excellent results.

The Last Five Years:

Smaller Cases:

Our reputation of success in larger verdicts and settlements causes us to enjoy greater settlement or verdict potential in smaller cases as well.
